Her experience in assisting in the opening and development of 19 business locations showcases her entrepreneurial spirit. Beyond her financial acumen, Graziela is passionate about ending human sex trafficking and advocating for more humane maternity and paternity leave. She finds balance in travel, family time, good food, and serving at church. Her hands-on experience in HR and payroll, vendor relations, compliance, and financial management fuels her passion for empowering culinary entrepreneurs. Driven by a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business owners, especially in their crucial early years, Deisy co-founded Elevar to provide the financial clarity and support that allows restaurants to thrive.
